hello doctor, my son when he was 83 days, his weight was 4.46 kg. his birth weight is 2.7 kg . is he under weight? what should be done to increase weight?

But Child is having appropriate weight gain according to the birth weight and according to the current age your child is having an excellent so I don’t think so you need to do anything extra to increase the weight of the child or child is gaining appropriately
