hello doctor my son Ismail is 5.5 yrs old he got fever yesterday at 12 o clock we consult a doctor he prescribed a medicine mefal, crocin , for fever and gaviscon, bro zedexi. s 0.5 for gas a n d cough.but my son fever is not coming down he gets 105 degree high fever we gave him meftal again crocin but he does vomiting s and also he has stomach pain. what to do sir pls help me.
