hello doctor my son is two years old but hi can't speek any words. he doing activities all but he can't recognise what I m say like hi bye eyes nose n all thing .plz suggestions me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the chcild because speech will gradually come. try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more pceople are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
