Hello Doctor, My son is super active and he is not gaining much weight. What kind of food options will make him fit and nourished.

A. See the regular food that we eat on an every day basis Roti sabji Paratha what ever you are making at your home for yourself is the most healthy food to be given to the child there is nothing extra special you have to prepare this is the only food for overall growth and diet of your child
