Hello doctor my son is one year two months old...for past three days he is not eating anything..he is having only four to five mouth of food and immediately after eating he is having dysentery...what can I feed him?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. this could be some kind of infection which needs to be examined first then only proper treatment could be given with medicallk supervision so please talk to your doctor till then maintain good hygiene .

Hi He could be due to some severe stomach issue or maybe infection you have to immediately consult your doctor and get a check up done after that only you can be sure as to what it is what is the reason behind it and accordingly the treatment can be advised to you
