Hello doctor, my son is one month years old. After the 1st dose vaccination at time of birth, the shoulder muscles where injected got tight after one month,we feel that when touching . So what can we do, need consult any doctor or what. Need some suggestions please.

A. if the child is having some swelling or tenderness in the injection site just supply some ice fomentation over there and give syrup paracetamol consult your doctor at once if it is still there
