hello doctor my son is now 10months old, he fall down from bed, he got swelling and pain on right side of head, while we touch in that place he is crying, is there any problem? please give me solution for it

A. Hello, your baby boy is 10 months old and he fell down from the bed and he got a swelling on his head so apply ice cube on it and give him 2 .5 ml syrup ibugesic plus syrup three times a day
