Hello doctor my son is not eating properly from last 3 days.. he is getting weak day by day.. Pls help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom their could be an underlying cause for it , either he is unwell ? Is he dull or active as usual ? Offer him fluids so that at-least he is well hydrated and offer fruits for the initial time been. Observe his urine and motion output

Maybe your child is not eating well then probably there is some problem that your child is going through I would recommend you to kindly get a check with your doctor if you are unable to understand the right reason behind it and start with necessary supplements if needed
