Hello Doctor, my son is having a toothache and his cheek is swollen. I need help as he refuses to go to dentist. Thank you.

A. Hello Please do visit the dentist and follow an instruction. This toothache will not subside itself.sometimes medicine and antibiotics helps to relieve but dentist always advise for further treatment but atleast visit once and if he is relieved then Wait for next time as kid is only 4 and cannot bear the pain of root canal and injection.

A. Maybe there is swelling in the gums or in the cheek of your child if your child is scared to go to dentist you please visit a pediatrics understand what’s the problem and if they refer you to visit a dentist then you can go to a dentist as of now you can give paracetamol as painkiller
