beside this . offer 2-3 servings of fruits and milk.
also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Hi mama You should give regular food to the child which is home-made that’s it because it’s only recommended to give home-made food to the child most of the times and says it is forward now you should be giving good amount of food which is rich in vitamin C whether it is fruits and vegetables or anything that’s the diet you need to work on
