Juices are not healthy give proper fruits by making a purée you can give milkshakes smoothies and also you should add salt and spices into the food that is going to add flavour to the food give proper dairy products Paneer cheese and curd you can also give tofu if you want so try to work on more towards a balance and and a healthy diet

as of now m giving him home cooked food with no spices at all and he loves to eat semolina mostly and i give him fresh jucies with blendes fruits in it
should I give him slice cheese for his weigjt gain?
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Give more vegetarian proteins to the child as of now which is what is going to be beneficial for overall weight gain of your child and along with that also also I’m going to advise you to always focus upon a proper balanced diet for your child
