Hello doctor , my son is abut 4 years . Usko july m fever hua or normal medicine se thik ho gya fer August m dubara hua fer September m fer hua to test karvaya , report m kuch nhi aaya but uska dengue IgG positive aaya or fer ab usko dubara cold n fever ho rha h . Or July se hi bhuk kam hogai h uski . Please suggest .

A. My child is on of suffering with fever now it has been detected dengue probably because of appetite may have gone down to give more of liquids to the child during that time that is going to be quite beneficial you can give soups coconut water buttermilk anything healthy which your child likes to have which is easy to consume for them
