Hello doctor mera beta 4 saal ka or uska weight 15kg h ,usko one week se thoda cough and chest congestion h , 5 days asthakind and 3 days levocetrizine dia thik nhi hua fer 3 days asthakind or dia but abhi bhi h . Or ek din thand lag k fever hua tha fer pcm 5ml dia , fever to dubara nhi but abhi cough and congestion h . Kya antibiotic dene ki zarurat h ya fer or koi medicine ki . Please suggest.

However, before starting antibiotic, I would advise you to get your child checked thoroughly bio Pediatrician. If required, please get an x-ray chest done as fever, which means the child might have pneumonia as well.
