Hello Doctor My son is 9 months old. We are seeing pimples(not sure what we call them exactly) on his body, mostly on the back side. I have attached the pic here. can you please help us understand what could be the reason behind these pimples and what medication suggested.

Keep the skin clean and dry and make your baby wear comfortable clothes. Apply himalya calamine lotion or aloe Vera gel on the back to give relief. Take care
