hello doctor. my son is 9 month old and his height is 67 cm and weight is 7 kg. how can I increase his weight

A. Dear mum, weight of 7 kg is fine for 9 months old baby. To increase your baby’s weight, give top food 3 to 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time. You should give all seasonal fruits, vegetables and green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby.
