hello doctor my son is 8 years old,when he feels hungry he constantly runs from one wall to another with empty stomach when I feed him he again runs with full stomach is there any scientific reason behind it please guide me

There Is no such scientific reason behind it maybe that’s your child’s at nothing to be active that’s about it I will not give you any specific reason behind that because this is a very normal behaviour but yes if your child is always running between the wall that can be a question of concern otherwise little bit of running is fine but if it is a method of your child then you should get a check with your doctor
