#hello doctor my son is 7 yes old n he is 29 kgs n find of eating buy only home made food...is this ok

His weight is slightly on the higher side , make sure he is able get involved in some form of physical activity as such , such as outdoor games etc . Also avoid much if sugary , bakery foods , processed and refined foods for them , prefer home cooked foods
