Hello doctor, my son is 6 yr 11 month old. He is having a problem of gases and he frequently goes toilet for urine. please tell me the remedy on the problem?

A. parent your kids 6 years old and is having increased frequency of urination along with mild gastritis it may be a case of urine infection kindly take plenty of oral fluids and avoid fatty or spicy diet
