Fist of all keep him body cool and the best way is to include cold foods And maintain good hydration and at the time of nose bleed apply ice pack bear nasal bridge and pressure bandage will help to stop bleeding and keep his head and nose upwards and in his daily diet include gooseberry curd Gond katera sabudana sabja seeds and avoid extreme sun expose and also apply desi ghee or badam rogan in his nose on daily basis

A. Cold, warm weather, dry winter are cause of nose bleeding.. avoid giving warm nature food. Do consult with your paedritician if nose bleed often, having heavy bleeding he or she will guide u in detail.

A. hi mam ,it is important to visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation. please avoid homemade remedies for this. keep your child well hydrated. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. make your child understand to not poke ,push or stick anything inside his nose. use Nasal saline drops when a child feel dryness or having dry Mucus.
