Q.

hello doctor.. my son is 4year old.. he doesn't like milk, it's been like 1year since he had milk and related health drinks.. recently one of my relative said he may not have enough strength in his legs as he is falling at times while walking and running unnecessarily.. can I massage his legs or what can I do to make his legs stronger?..

A. Hello dear parent! You can give your child other sources of calcium like sesame seeds, curd, paneer, cheese and so on. Consult your doctor for further advice. Serve your child with healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
