Hello doctor, My son is 4 yrs and 10 months and he is very active that he never waits. He wants me to do whatever he likes in no time. Also he likes cutting plants and always plays with leaves.He is not interested to study and always creates a mess in whatever he do. He is not afraid of anything, talks a lot and never respect anyone. Kindly advise me how to handle him.
