Q.

Hello doctor.. my son is 4 months old. His palm and soles do sweat sometimes.. I'm from Delhi and the temperature is quite low here as it's winter, but still my baby's these two regions become moist and sweaty.. Is there some issue.. pls guide

A. sweating in the palm soles is normal In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

A. hello actually sometimes it happens most of the time like especially in the palms as well as the feet and also sometimes it might be due to deficiency of vitamin D also make sure you give your baby the natural sunlight
