Namaste sir.. My 4 month old baby girl is releasing sweat on her palms and soles sometimes in a day.. Can I know the reason sir?

A. ok cdIn small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever
