Q.

Hello Doctor, My son is 3yrs 2 months old,he is getting fever continuously from 2weeks . We went to hospital and in blood reports it got that WBCl are 17900. it should be between 4000-11000 .but he has more WBC. what food precautions we should take and what we should avoid.please suggest me .
