A. Hello, babies hair growth patter changes wildly. Most infant loss their all hair in their first six months. sometimes hair growth right back..in different color and texture.. You can apply and do gentally massage the scalp with coconut oil, Castor oil , mustard oil. Change the Shampoo which you. are using. gd
