hello doctor my son is 3 years old his weight is 14.3 kg is his weight is ok? please suggest something to gain weight.... is there any multivitamin which I can give to him

A. giving multivitamin does not increase a healthy weight gain so it would be better to encourage your baby to have proper nutritious diet and for that you need to sit with your baby while eating so that baby develops and interest to have proper food

Zincovit you can give about 4.5 ML to your child once in a day and the median of your child is absolutely right as per the age of the child so there is nothing extra that you have to offer seems like however you are giving proper food and feeding to the child your child is getting very very well with that
