hello doctor, my son is 3.5 months old and he hasn't produce real tears yet. is that normal or any concern? please advise

Kids don’t have any tear in this age it’s very normal for them not to have tears for six months of age to 12 months of age that’s very natural for them and they will start having tears in the later but right now there is no tears that’s very normal for a child
