hello doctor. My son is 23 months old. on 22 nd nov he had loose motions nd vomiting nd stopped eating . on 23 we went to the doc nd he diagnosed it with stomach infection nd give zifi for 5 days, enterogermina for 5 days and zinconua for 14 days. nd now the problem is my son has not pooped from 2 days after starting the medicine course. is it a side effects? what can I do. pls help

Sometimes this can happen that you too too many medicines a child can be constipated so you can go ahead with giving prune juice to the child in the night before your child goes to sleep and start the day with a glass of warm water that is also going to be helpful
