hello doctor my son is 22mnths he is suffering frm vomiting and fever shal I give fever for meftal-p and vomiting for ondem please help me

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dogdse of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
