Hello doctor, my son is 21 months old, last night after having an heavy meal also he did not pass stool. Early in the morning he vomited 2-3 times a little undigested food from last night. Since morning he’s not eating anything n showing very less interest in fruits even he likes. He passed stool twice since morning and it is very smelly.. what could be the reason. How can I make him eat? Please help
