hello doctor my son is 20 months old I could find dandruff on his head what could be the reason. He use his dad's comb who also have dandruff.please help me...

Spoo Shampoo would be good as of now to you if your child is having dandruff and I don’t think so dandruff can be spread by using the same code but yes of course you should avoid question about it but I don’t think so that’s the reason there could be another reason for it as of now you can use a shampoo 2 to 3 times in a week and also if required you can consult a skin doctor
