Yeah Absolutely you can give it directly also if your child likes to wanted if your child wants to test it that way but obviously it is good to give it with Mail so you can give like a 1 teaspoon or something to your child to have it like how kids like to have born Vita it’s the same way your child wants to a Pedia sure somebody about it
