hello doctor, My son is 2 years and 5 month old now. His two center theeths upside are big one but near by teeth is small which are not growing. Hence he don't like brushing. Please find attached image for his teeth condition. Please guide for this situation.

A. hello mam there is no picture attached along with this query please post again and secondly centrals are little bit bigger than the adjacent teeth so do not worry about these. .
