hello doctor. my son is 1year8months old he is not gaining weight since 3-4months plz suggest what should I give him that he could gain weight?..

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should give a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby.
