Hello Doctor, my son is 1year old. he was born 1month premature. his milestones were late like neck holding, crawling etc. on his bday he started crawling on 4. but thing i noticed is that he always sits with arched back. his was born 2.2kg and now weight is 6.5kg. is it due to less weight or any test needs to be performed
