hello doctor my son is 1month 25 days old and he is not yet vaccinated for 1st dose. is this delay in vaccine harm my child?

A. delay will definitely harm the child vaccine delay : there should not be a problem if you postpone it for one month but after that it is not advisable because the child become susceptible to the vaccine preventable disease
