Hello Doctor! My son is 19mos old His weight is 16.70kg His height is 85cm. I am concern about his weight. Kindly suggest is my child overweight ? What should I do ? Please explain in detail ? Thank You

Mam currently your child is maintaining a weight gain for a 4 1/2 year old child and where your child should be somewhere around 11 kg as of now so right now I’m just going to advise you to make your child do more of physical activities jumping little bit of running if your child is able to walk on its own slowly the weight is going to come down if you’re giving any sweetener more of it then reduce that down into the food and check with the doctor of any particular food is going to be beneficial try and include more fibre because that is going to keep the child full for a longer deviation
