Hello doctor, My son is 18 months old. He has had a cold for the past week. Since then, he has not been eating properly and only eats fruits. He has also been having diarrhea for the past 2 days. why its happen?

A. hello when kid is not well appetite can be low n put saline drops n indirect steqm can also be given n u can also use instant rub from babyhug can make baby feel better n comfortable
