Hello doctor, my son is 14 week old but now a days my hairfall is unconditional and also im getting very thin day by day please give a suggestion

Postpartum hair fall is very common with Women after delivery any time it can start so you can take Iron and omega-3 supplements for at least 3 to 6 months and start applying onion coconut oil which you can prepare at home and use products which are totally chemical and sulphate free and focus upon a good and healthy diet for yourself
