A. cow milk is much better after one year of age, it contains nutrients required after one year of age. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces a day after diluting it.

A. After 12 months, your baby won't necessarily need formula milk anymore. Your little one can now start to drink cow's milk and other alternatives as a more regular drink. Between the ages of 1-3, it is recommended that children consume around 350-400mls of milk or 3 servings of dairy foods daily.
