Hello Doctor my son is 13 months old..he has Diaper rashes, He is crying .. please guide me what can I do Thank you

A. You can use rash cream or coconut oil and gently massage In the rash area

A. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
