hello doctor, My son is 11 months old. He has diarrhea since sunday. when I consulted my pediatrition, he gave medications. when I told him about raise in body temperature. he told me it is normal to have fever due to bacteria, and suggeated me to give paracetamol every 4 hours. and I am following the same. he has been in fever since sunday night and continuing till now and I am following paracetamol every 4 hours, now diarrhea and vomiting has stopped, but there is fever. should i have to consult pediatrition again or should I follow paracetamol for one more day.
