Hello doctor my son is 1 month old and he got small pimples that turns into pink patches

A. hello most of the skin problem look similar but the causes of it can be different and also make sure to switch to baby wash like Babyhug or Cetaphil instead of soap as it retains the skin moisture and also it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you
