Q.

Hello Doctor, my son has been suffering from recurring cold abd coughb now doctor prescribed me Duolin and Budecort inhalers . Is it safe enough for kids?

A. it is safe you can give nebulization with ns bottle that is normal saline water. this will help in decreasing both dry cough as well as will help in decreasing the mucus present in the throat of the child. but other nebulization medicines (asthalin, duolin, budecort etc) can be given to your child is decided by the doctor. so your doctor will decide after examination whether your child needs a nebulization with these medicines or not thus the maximum nebulization that you can give to the child without medical consultation is with normal saline it is totally safe and it is not addictive
