Hello Doctor, My son has a single Grey hair. I'm worried it might increase. could you advise how I can avoid more Greyness?

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom.. one grey here us normal..and many kids have.. don't worry..if it increases..you need to consult your paediatrician...as then it is sign of deficiency ....let doctor guide you on this..as of now give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
