Hello Doctor, My son 4 months old. we noticed he was cried before going to urine. taken culture test and it's shown klebsiella aerogenes grown. please advise any treatment needed. how 4 months getting urine infection

in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection in the child for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to to be done.
kindly give plenty of fluids to drink to the child and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor at the earliest
