Q.

hello, doctor,my son 3month old he had a yellow patches oh her head and her hair was removed on this area.i m attaching the pic . please help me out

A. your child is having cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis (baby dandruff) you have to daily apply baby shampoo (spoo is good brand) on the scalp of the child during the bathing. do not apply any type of oil zon the scalp during the daytime but only apply oil at the night time. within one week the cradle cap will disappear. d cradle cap is baby dandruff and is a type of fungal infection .

A. This is looking like cradle cab this kind of a layer is very commonly seen into the head of the child but right now you got them removed or what happened that’s not clear to me so just on the safer side one time I would recommend it to kindly get it checked with your paediatrician or a dermatologist
