Q.

Hello Doctor My second baby is now 2yrs 3months old, my first delivery was Normal and second was C.section from then onwards my body has totally changed with some health issues like now if I sit down for sometime, i am getting knee pain and immediately i can't take a step...feeling very exausted sometimes suddenly

A. Hello there Check your thyroid profile and complete blood picture once. After second delivery there will be lots of body changes and joint pains will be there that’s why it is normal only

A. hi parent please consult with your gynecologist because it is happened due to deficiency of calcium iron and D3 etc please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit in your daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
