Hello doctor, My question to you is, my daughter is 4 yr 7 months old and from last one month or something I can see she burfs alot is this a concern please help

give only khichdi dalia oats etc for few days.
offer more liquids and fruits and salad.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

it happens because of many reasons like gas , indigestion, overfeeding,etc
please keep your child well hydrated
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
don't force feed or overfeed your child
maintain good hygiene.
