hello doctor... my question is my baby boy is 1 yr old he is not suppose to say anything .... before he said papa n dada but now he cannot say... can you pls tell me that when baby is saying

Hi If you stop saying anything then you try to talk to your child more and more also see if your child is responding to its name also or not and if suddenly things have changed for your child then you can get a check with your child specialist ones because without proper assessment I will not be able to tell you as to why this thing is happening
